We give prime importance when it comes to packing the products and delivering it. In some peculiar cases due to some wrong product/human error in packing/misplacement of product we are open to accept the query from you.
1) Items will be in authentic condition.
2) Our support team will be available to you, in order if you want to communicate through email or call kindly use the e-mail address (email@example.com) and phone number (+91 2742 247220) respectively to replace your products and upon considerations you can get back to us or else if time permits we shall collect the product from you which will be delivered by our support team.
3) We will not provide you with funds on the order made but we will give value for the products, new products or similar products which will be at your reach as soon as possible.
4) Order cancellation can be made by contacting the support team.
5) Prior to returning any Goods to the Company for any reason, the Customer must contact the Company to obtain a returns authorization number (‘RMA’). All Goods are returned at the Customer’s risk and expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. Return freight charges should be prepaid by the customer. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Company, and for providing proof of delivery of such return.
6) The Company operates a 10 days return policy. To be accepted for return on this basis, Goods should be returned for receipt by the Company within 10 days of delivery to the Customer.
7) Any Goods returned after 10 days as ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrectly ordered’ will only be accepted at the discretion of the Company. All Goods returned (whether within 10 days of delivery or otherwise) will be subject to a restocking fee of 40% of the invoice value of the Goods.
8) Customers should verify the product and raise any grievances within 10 hours of receiving the product if not queries will not be answered.
9) In case if the customer wants to return the product there will be a quality check made by our team, if the quality of the products fails then only the product will be replaced.
10) If we found guilty on transaction by you then the order will not reach you and returns will not be taken.
